Modern Glam Wedding at the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis
Josh + Kyle’s Minneapolis wedding at the Varsity Theater was simultaneously one of the best parties I’ve been to and one of the most tear-jerking weddings.
Kyle’s sister sang as the grooms walked together, hand in hand, down the aisle to meet their officiant–Kyle’s brother. Their vows had the whole room crying (the grooms, the guests, the officiant, and both photographers), then in true show-stopping fashion, the ceremony concluded by surprising everyone with a shower of sparks to kick off the party.
And what a party it was! After some heartfelt and emotional toasts from both families and a romantic first dance beneath the mirrorball, guests were treated to an out of this world drag show, featuring three local queens.
From the morning Mario Kart battle, to the tables named after pop divas and the custom J + K logo, every detail of the wedding showcased Josh + Kyle’s personalities and passions. I am so glad I was able to be part of this day. Congratulations Josh + Kyle!
